The United States leads private AI investment. Stanford’s 2026 AI Index records US$285.9 billion invested in US AI companies during 2025 and 1,953 newly funded AI businesses—more than ten times the next-highest country. Jefferies estimates that global private-capital secondary-market volume reached a record US$240 billion in 2025, demonstrating that secondaries have become a mainstream route to private-market access and liquidity. Against this backdrop, our investment remit is focused: direct, secondary and pre-IPO opportunities in US private technology companies, selected through a technology-first and AI-first lens. Opportunities arise from live mandates and cross-border relationships and are evaluated for business quality, technology differentiation, market structure, transaction terms, liquidity pathways and risks.
Separately, we advise family-owned operating businesses on minority or controlling stake sales, shareholder liquidity, secondary transactions and M&A. Through a relationship with a US special-situations fund, we can explore structured-capital solutions for fast-growing portfolio or group companies where conventional financing may be insufficient or poorly matched.
Succession and ownership architecture require specialised legal, tax and governance expertise. Accordingly, holding-company design, trusts, family constitutions and next-generation governance frameworks are delivered alongside third-party advisers. Our role is to coordinate investment, corporate-finance and family-enterprise priorities without presenting ourselves as legal or tax counsel.
